AJ Raymundo (b. 2002) is an interdisciplinary artist born and based in Taguig City, Philippines. Working across gatherings, installations, sculptures, and lens-based interventions, his research-led practice inquires into and complicates the entanglements of materiality and the interdependence of human and nonhuman nature, in an attempt to render legible how we resurge amidst precarity.

Raymundo completed his BA in Interdisciplinary Studies, cum laude, at Ateneo de Manila University, and has received several grants to conduct art and research projects in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Japan. He is the inaugural winner of conceptual art at the Ateneo College Awards in the Arts (2025), and has exhibited in various artist-run, alternative, and institutional spaces in Japan (Sado Island Galaxy Art Festival), Germany (Heizhaus), USA (RISD), and the Philippines (Areté, WHYNoT, 98B COLLABoratory).
