AJ Raymundo
Interdisciplinary artist based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
AJ Raymundo (b. 2002, Taguig City) is an interdisciplinary visual artist. Born and raised in a Marcos-built housing complex, his practice examines intimate postcolonial social realities, touching on the themes of agency, city, and ecology. He collaborates with communities to amplify their narratives through engaged observation and artistic interventions that take the form of found object assemblages and installations, projections, and images.
His works have been exhibited in Japan and the Philippines. Presently, AJ lives and works in Metro Manila, Philippines, and is finishing his BA at Ateneo de Manila University as an Interdisciplinary Studies major.
